Agreed on The Devil wears Prada. Meryl Streep was mind blowing.
ReplyDeleteDid you know, she even told Anna Hathaway (who was terrified to work with Streep) that 'I think you're perfect for the role and I'm so happy we're going to be working on this together.' and then said that is the last nice thing she would say to her. Dedicated to the role much? ;)
I've seen all, except 21.
ReplyDeleteHELLO BEN BARNES!!! Love him as Prince Caspian:) I of course adored Harry Potter, and I thought the Blind Side was really fabulous too. I just love Sandra Bullock, and I wanted to give that big guy a huge the whole time I was watching:)

@WeFancyBooks: I loved the Twilight books but unfortunately just NOT a huge fan of the movies!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read or watched the LOTR trilogy! :(
I absolutely adored Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews in The Princess Diaries. Two of my all-time favorite actresses.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, I haven't read the book, but the movie Julie & Julia is all kinds of adorable. Plus, it highlights blogging!
Stopping by through Saturday Situation.
This list is completely rigged by modernity, of course you might not have read the old novels like The Godfather and Psycho. Would be glad if you check out my list My list of top 10 movies based on books
ReplyDeleteI really liked "The Devil Wears Prada", although I never finished the book. You have to love Meryl Streep. And I liked "The Princess Diaries" movie better than the book. It wasn't the greatest representaion of the book I enjoyed "It's Kind of a Funny Story", based on the novel by Ned Vizzini.
