  • Sherlock Holmes.I LOVE Robert Downey Jr. as Sherlock Holmes and Jude Law is not bad as Dr. Watson :)

my all time favorite!!

  1. Agreed on The Devil wears Prada. Meryl Streep was mind blowing.

Did you know, she even told Anna Hathaway (who was terrified to work with Streep) that 'I think you're perfect for the role and I'm so happy we're going to be working on this together.' and then said that is the last nice thing she would say to her. Dedicated to the role much? ;)

  2. I've seen all, except 21.

  3. HELLO BEN BARNES!!! Love him as Prince Caspian:) I of course adored Harry Potter, and I thought the Blind Side was really fabulous too. I just love Sandra Bullock, and I wanted to give that big guy a huge the whole time I was watching:)

  4. Love the HP movies, but haven't gotten to read the books yet :( I know!

I was actually hoping some other bloggers would be able to help me develop my TBR list by sharing their faves. If you'd like to contribute visit me here Glitter Lit

  5. My all time favorite is Harry Potter of course lol. The books and movies all amazing. The Chronicles of Narnia I loved all the movies I hope they continue making them even if they will need new actors. I actually haven't read the books but I have them all and plan to read them one day. LoTR is my favorite trilogy the world that was written was truly amazing and the movies brought that out so well. I could continue on and on so I will stop here lol.

  6. Ohh I definitely love your picks! but no Twilight eh? lol I guess you're not a twilight fan?! Oh well cliche but I love the movie and the books :)

Love the blind side, didn't know it was book based tho. poor me since I haven't watch devils wears prada lol
Narnia oh yeah! Ben Barnes ftw! which I realized... Lord of The Rings? no? oh well another book based movie I really love ;) can't wait for the hobbit!

most of them I think I still need to watch haha

  7. @WeFancyBooks: I loved the Twilight books but unfortunately just NOT a huge fan of the movies!
I haven't read or watched the LOTR trilogy! :(

  8. I absolutely adored Anne Hathaway and Julie Andrews in The Princess Diaries. Two of my all-time favorite actresses.

I have to admit, I haven't read the book, but the movie Julie & Julia is all kinds of adorable. Plus, it highlights blogging!

    Stopping by through Saturday Situation.

  9. This list is completely rigged by modernity, of course you might not have read the old novels like The Godfather and Psycho. Would be glad if you check out my list My list of top 10 movies based on books

  10. I really liked "The Devil Wears Prada", although I never finished the book. You have to love Meryl Streep. And I liked "The Princess Diaries" movie better than the book. It wasn't the greatest representaion of the book I enjoyed "It's Kind of a Funny Story", based on the novel by Ned Vizzini.
